Q: What information should I provide for a custom battery pack project?

A: Please provide device application, working voltage, continuous current, peak current, target runtime, battery size limit, connector requirement, charging method, certification requirement, estimated quantity and destination country. Device photos or drawings are helpful.

Q: Should I choose 18650 or 21700 cells?

A: 18650 cells are suitable for mature designs, compact structures and cost-effective projects. 21700 cells may be better for higher capacity, longer runtime and fewer-cell pack designs. Final selection depends on size, current, energy and supply requirement.
